Poland finished second in its debut year 1994, which remains its best result to date. This year, its entry is an upbeat track called "Light Me Up". It will be performed in English by Polish artist Gromee and singer / songwriter Lukas Meijer who is based in Sweden.

 "Light Me Up" will have a tough job to qualify in Semi Final 2 but its dance vibe could improve its chances among the pack. Either way, the song is unlikely to give the country its first win at Eurovision.
