Music lost pioneers Chuck Berry, Fats Domino, singer/ songwriter Tom Petty, Glen Campbell and AC/DC guitarist Malcolm Young. Ed Sheeran dominated the charts around the world. Latin pop and EDM made further inroads into the mainstream.
As “Game Of Thrones” headed towards its final season, ‘The Last Jedi’ premiered.

Rag'n'Bone Man
British musician Rag'n'Bone Man is Rory Charles Graham. He finally broke through in 2016-7 with his album 'Human'. "Skin" was its 2nd single and reached #13 in the UK.

BIG BOYS
Chuck Berry
Rock and roll's key architect was the legendary Chuck Berry. The rock pioneer recorded a new album entitled 'Chuck' (his first in almost 4 decades) but passed away before it was released. "Big Boys" was its lead single. The album peaked at #9 in Britain. Berry died in March, aged 90.

The Chainsmokers & Coldplay
American EMD duo The Chainsmokers collaborated with English group Coldplay on "Something Just Like This". The single was a smash around the globe, reaching the Top 3 in America, Britain, Europe, Australia and Canada.

SHOUT OUT TO MY EX
Little Mix
Little Mix scored a 4th UK #1 with "Shout Out To My Ex", the lead single from the British girl group's 2016 album release 'Glory Days'. The song also proved popular in Europe and Australia.

FELICES LOS 4
Maluma
Juan Luis Londoño Arias is better known as Columbian singer Maluma. "Felices Los 4" translates as "Happy The 4". This was the song which broke him into the mainstream. During 2017, the reggaeton track became his first entry on the US Pop chart.
