Stevie Wonder's "Village Ghetto Land" addressed the struggles of the African-American community. He describes the hardship, poverty and despair experienced every day. 

The track was included on his 'Songs In The Key Of Life' album, which was unleashed in 1976. Wonder co-wrote the song with Gary Byrd.
