TOP 45 ESC SONGS THAT WERE CULLED AT THE SEMI-FINALS.: #3 More: tomorrow.
Caffe` Latte` presents…
THE TOP
EUROVISION SONGS
THAT FAILED TO QUALIFY
 AT THE SEMI-FINALS
As more countries wished to participate in the  Eurovision Song Contest, Semi-Finals became necessary by 1993 in order to limit the duration of the Grand Final. This countdown looks back on 45 culled – but worthy- entries that failed to progress from a Semi-Final and therefore missed out on competing in the Grand Final:

JE T’ADORE
KATE RYAN
2006 BELGIUM
The Belgian entry "Je T' Adore" (translates as "I adore you") had a French title but was sung in English by dance / pop artist Kate Ryan. Despite being very catchy, the singer's vocal delivery during the Semi-Final was disappointing. This may have influenced its failure in qualifying for the Grand Final. Nevertheless, live vocals aside, the song did finish 12th out of a field of 23 entries. Only the Top 10 scoring countries made it into the Grand Final, so Ryan was close.
