ESC 2007-Elitsa Todorova-Stovan Yankulov.jpgBulgaria's inaugural appearance at Eurovision was in 2005. The country participated every year but failed to progress to the Grand Final (with the sole exception of 2007's "Water").  A 2-year absence followed.
Last year, Bulgaria returned with the awesome track "If Love Was A Crime" and achieved its best result ever: finishing in 4th place.
In 2017, Bulgaria will be competing in Semi-Final 2. Its entry will be announced this month.
