Lidia Isac - Falling Stars.jpgMoldova joined the ESC fold in 2005 and has competed every year since. Its best result remains 1st entry"Boonika Bate Toba" by Zdob si Zdub, which landed in 6th place at the 2005 Grand Final. 
Last year's "Falling Stars" failed to qualify beyond the semi-final stage.
In 2017, Moldova will vie for a place in the Grand Final during Semi-Final 1. Its entry will be announced on Feb. 25.
