EUROVISION 2017: The 43 Countries. 
With the 6 already in the Grand Final covered, this series continues now with the remaining countries that need to qualify during the 2 semi-finals. They are presented in order of when they first joined the ESC family.

As countries begin selecting their entries for the Eurovision Song Contest in May, this blog will look back on the stats and the best from each of the 43 participating nations.

Laura Tesoro - What's the Pressure.jpgBelgium participated in the inaugural contest back in 1956. Despite competing in 58 Eurovisions, it has only tasted victory once, in 1986. That entry was from Sandra Kim and entitled "J'Aime La Vie". 
Belgian singer/ songwriter Blanche will be representing her homeland in Kiev at this year's ESC. Her song is yet to be revealed. The 2016 entry "What's The Pressure" finished in 10th place.
