All out of luck - Selma BjörnsdóttirIs It True Official Cover.jpgIceland has competed in 29 contests since 1986. It has yet to emerge victorious, but has finished in the runner-up position twice: in 1999 with "All Out Of Luck" (by Selma) and in 2009 with "Is It True?" (performed by Yohanna).
2016 was disappointing for Iceland. Despite having a strong song, "I Hear Them Calling" failed to progress from Semi Final 1.
The Icelandic 2017 entry and its performer will be announced on March 11.
