Portugal has been competing in the Eurovision Song Contest for decades and has the unfortunate honour of being the least successful country. Sadly, there will be no Portuguse entry in 2016. In 2010, Filipa performed a song in Portuguese with a title that means "it's one of those days". Portugal qualified for the Grand Final where the ballad finished in 18th place out of 25 countries.
