In 2004, Jay-Z and Kanye West further established their hip-hop credentials with signature songs "99 Problems" and "Jesus walks" respectively. Ciara charted with her sexy "Goodies" and Kelis told us all about the power of her "Milkshake". Green Day made a statement with its album 'American Idiot'. The Neptunes' side project N.E.R.D. scored with "She Wants To Move". The production team featured Pharrell Williams.
