CAFFE` LATTE`TOP 2000 TRACKS {EXPANDED EDITION}

#1883 THE BOYS OF SUMMER Don Henley
The Eagles' Don Henley scored global solo success with "The Boys Of Summer", an unforgettable anthem for the oft-celebrated season in 1984. It was co-written with Mike Campbell, a member of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers. The single reached #5 in the US and 12 in Britain.

#1884 VICTIM OF LOVE Elton John
Elton John's' Victim Of Love' may have been ill-conceived, but the 1979 disco album did spawn a fun title track written by frequent Donna Summer collaborators Pete Bellotte (who produced it) and Sylvester Levay with Jerry Rix. It made the Top 40 in the USA, Canada and Australia.

The list is a ranking made up of the songs I enjoy the most, ranked in order of preference: the higher we go, the more I cherish them. Some were released as singles, others as album tracks. Some are obscure; others were worldwide hits or have universal appeal. They aren't always the most famous or popular, but simply a personal choice.This expanded section now includes songs from the last few years. I hope you find some new tracks to love, or re-discover some past favourites.
Along with climbing among the remaining Top 100, 2 new songs ranked in positions 1501-2000 will also be added each other weekday.
