CAFFE` LATTE`
TOP 1500 CHOICE TRACKS {EXPANDED EDITION}

#1256 UN-BREAK MY HEART Toni Braxton
This Dianne Warren - penned R&B ballad was the major hit from Toni Braxton's 1996 'Secrets' album.

#1257 MEET THE FLINTSTONES The B-52's
Only a group as zany as the B-52s (billed here as The B.C. 52's) could carry off this remake  as successfully. From the 1994 film version of the animated series, the title song was written by William Hanna, Joseph Barbera and Hoyt Curtin. Don Was produced the remake.

#1258 I DID WHAT I DID FOR MARIA Tony Christie
Tony Christie avenges his wife's death in this dramatic pop hit from 1971. The song was written by Mitch Murray and Peter Callander.

#1259 AMOR Ben E. King
Leiber & Stoller produced this solo classic from Ben E. KIng (ex-The Drifters). The song was written by Ricardo Lopez Mendez, Gabriel Ruiz and Sunny Skylar. King recorded it in March 1961 and the single charted in July.

#1260 LOVE IS YOU Carol Williams
Salsoul is an underrated record label that bridged disco with the dance music trends that followed. Carol Williams released "Love Is You" , a song written by Vince Montana and Ronnie Walker, in 1977.

The list is a ranking made up of the songs I enjoy the most, ranked in order of preference: the higher we go, the more I cherish them. Some were released as singles, others as album tracks. Some are obscure; others were worldwide hits or have universal appeal. They aren't always the most famous or popular, but simply a personal choice.This expanded section now includes songs from the last few years. I hope you find some new tracks to love, or re-discover some past favourites.
5 new songs are added every day from #1201-1500 as well as continuing the ascent through 1 of the remaining songs to #1 daily.
