#458 MORE THAN A WOMAN Bee Gees
"More Than A Woman" was featured on the 'Saturday Night Fever' soundtrack. That album contains 2 versions of the disco love song. There is the original from the Bee Gees and a remake from Tavares. The song was penned by all 3 members of the former. The trio co-produced their version with Albhy Galuten and Karl Richardson. It was recorded in France with overdubs and remixing completed at Criterion Studios in Miami, Florida. 
Despite being a well known track associated with a box office hit film, the song was not issued as a single in the US but did chart in Australia, Canada and Italy in 1977. On the British charts, Tavares' cover version reached #7. 

This is a list made up of the songs I enjoy the most, ranked in order of preference: the higher we go, the more I cherish them. Some were released as singles, others as album tracks. Some are obscure; others were worldwide hits or have universal appeal. They aren't always the most famous or popular, but simply a personal choice. I have excluded songs from the last few years in order to get a better idea of a song's lasting impression. I hope you find some new tracks to love, or re-discover some past favourites.
